I have lived in Colorado since 1996 and mostly in the mountains. The past 7 years I have been living in Buena Vista, CO which is a small community but with a heart filled personality. In 2010 I opened the first yoga studio ever in this small little town and seven years later it has become a sacred space to many souls. I have been studying yoga for 16 years whether it's the physical practice or the many of layers of yoga beyond the physical form. I also enjoy being on the river, hiking, biking, camping, skiing, snowboarding and just spending time with my loved ones. My mantra for this year is, 'Discover the Power of You!' and, 'I'm Ready!'.

I decided to give this website a go because I have traveling plans to Mumbai, India in Feb. 2017 and someone mentioned that their is a great community there with Couchsurfing. So, here we go!
