Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Meeting people is equally frightening and fun. I could either make a new friend or get murdered, and life is too short to worry about being murdered. Anyway, sometimes I am too tired to sleep in a hammock in the forest, so I come on this website and try to set up a hammock in a stranger's living room instead. Maybe that stranger could be you. I hope so, unless you're the murderer.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Shooed a diamondback rattlesnake out of the road with a stick. I am also afraid of horses but I did ride a horse. Amazing for me. Amazing in a personal way

Teach, Learn, Share

I know a lot about: Saltwater fish, coffee beans, taking extra scrap stuff in the kitchen and making real actual food from it, hurting myself in confusion

I know nothing about but would like to learn: Where do all these ants come from and how do they smell my crumbs. I am amazed by this. I look away for 30 seconds and suddenly they appear from the dust and the mist, descending upon my cake crumbs like little individual conscious fractals of hell

What I Can Share with Hosts

I work in a hostel in New Mexico so I have plenty of whack stories to share. I also have a memory test that has been passed down through my family...I will share this with you, but only one time.
