Music, Movies, and Books
Movies don't really interest me as much as create a diversion on cold and/or rainy nights. I like music of almost all kinds, especially slower-paced orchestral-backed songs that make you say "wow". I love non-fiction books and especially memoirs, but will also gladly read fiction that could not be sold as a $3.99 paperback.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I spent two months in serious back-country Alaska, living in a tent and working as a servant.
Teach, Learn, Share
I did a program called AmeriCorps*NCCC for two years and have a lot to say about it for any 18-24 year olds who are looking for a fresh path.
I'm newly sober and would enjoy sharing my experiences with someone who has taken a similar step.
I am interested in learning Italian and would love to talk to someone who knows the language and culture.
I'm not much for politics or arguments. I like common ground and observation.
