ABOUT ME

This is my FIRST couch surfing experience. I am traveling Aug 23-Aug. 31 in France. I would love to get in touch with the locals and learn the do's and Do NOT's of different regions. Thus far I have NO itinerary. I only have a vague idea of what I want to do:
1. Eat
2. Drink
3. Run
4. Be Happy

PHILOSOPHY

Do what will be good to others.
Don't do anything that will cause me to NOT sleep at night

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Once upon a happy hour, a few years ago, a couple of couch surfers at Soda, a bar in Brooklyn asked my group of friends if we were couch surfers. Apparently, we had chanced upon a meeting of theirs. None of us had any idea what that meant. We chatted a bit then. 4 years later, here I am, signing up.
