Por qué estoy en Couchsurfing

I have planned to travel around 1000 km on my bicycle in order to visit a very good friend of mine who lives in Pennsylvania whilst enjoying local attractions along the way. I'm hoping to find hosts willing to let me stay in their home or even their backyard for a night after a long day on the bike. The ideal scenario would be a shower, a bed and a place to keep my bike. Since I am on a relatively tight budget, couchsurfing is definitely preferable to expensive hotel rooms, safer than setting up a tent in the middle of nowhere and also an amazing opportunity to meet great people.

Intereses

I'm definitely not a very socially active person, but I have to say there's nothing quite like the satisfaction and pleasure that comes with getting to know someone new. Meeting new people is something I wish I did more often.

I enjoy just about any music genre, especially pop, jazz, classical and a few others. Regarding literature, I am a big fan of Kathy Reichs' work.

A ling time ago, I went on a trip to Ecuador with a bunch of friends from elementary school. I have kept tons of great memories from that travelling experience.

Considering the fact that I'm not looking for a prolonged stay anywhere, I can't say I have much to offer, but I would gladly help with dinner, dishes or anything else I am capable of.
