Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm on couch surfing because I want to experience life like a local. I love to meet new people and see how they live. I also like to try new foods so if you know a good place to eat, let me know!

Interests

My biggest interest is food. More specifically pizza and coffee. I also love to swim even though I don't do it as often as I'd like. I enjoy spending time with family and friends. I like adventures in all sizes.

Music, Movies, and Books

I am a friends fan. I can most likely find a friends quote for a situation. I enjoy watching movies too. My current favorite is probably the new Beauty and the Beast. I pretty much know all the lyrics to the soundtrack. As for music I can listen to a little bit of just about anything but my favorite genre is pop.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I'd say getting kissed by a giraffe was pretty amazing. There was a place in Kenya that had you put a pellet in your mouth for the giraffe to take out. Weird but pretty cool experience.

Teach, Learn, Share

I love to learn about different cultures or even just different ways of living in the US. I think it's awesome to see how others live and to experience that. I like to share a little about where I'm from which is Amish country, PA. I'd also love to share some apple butter with you because it's one of my favorite PA Dutch foods.
