CURRENT MISSION
To find the best coffee and brownies in the world...
ABOUT ME
Hello!
I'm an arts student doing a student exchange in the UK and hoping to venture over to the continent soon! I love coffee shops with board games, unusual music, and trying to be brave enough to buy outrageous shoes. I have a pathalogically bad sense of direction but I also believe that being lost is one of the best ways to find fascinating places! I love market shopping and learning the history of places. Hope to meet some new friends and see places from the perspective of a local =)
PHILOSOPHY
To see the happy side of everything.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
When I arrived a little dazed in London from Sydney after four flights and almost two days, it was soooo nice to meet my friend's friends there! They not only let me sleep in their attic and showed me around, but they also made me feel like part of the family. I couldn't have asked for a better experience in London, and I hope one day when I'm home I can give to others what they gave to me.
Interests
Music, impressionist art, cultural history, collecting old photos of socialists in the 1930s, banjos and double bass, watching people's faces when they're concentrating really hard on something, black and white film photography.
