Embrace all curiosities.
I'm Jessieh Ruth. I'm currently in college, studying mostly Psychology, Acting, Playwriting and Movement. I love traveling and meeting people via travels, being a part of a larger community. I'm especially fond of LIFE magazine advertisements before 1977, THE GOLDEN GIRLS, bookbinding, the works of Sharon Olds, and ensemble efforts.
I strive to live a most-honest life, and never miss an opportunity to tell people who have touched my life how much I appreciate them.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I work part-time in victim's advocacy, write plays, work in Admissions for my school, and after living in a co-op for two years can now cook for a large number of people with a number of dietary needs including meat-friendly, vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free.
I've traveled a good bit of the US and before discovering Couch-Surfing, relied a good bit on the kindness of strangers who happened to be a friend of a friend, etc and have found it to be the best way to travel. It adds a learning experience and a personality to each place I go.
