Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm on here because the more people I meet, the smaller the world seems. When the world seems smaller, "otherness" loses its negative connotation. As the "exotic" becomes knowable, we begin to understand one another more and more. Once we understand one another, we can finally live together.

Interests

I'm interested in a lot of things...hiking, reading, cooking, eating, dancing, riding bikes, playing/listening to music, painting (horribly), talking, walking around a city with headphones in :)....to name a few. I really enjoy doing spur-of-the-moment things with friends, like going on last minute travel adventures and post-class coffee/tea dates.

I love movies by Wes Anderson, Spike Jonze, Quentin Tarantino, The Coppolas, and Scorsese.
