I'm a free spirit that struggles with the tension of being grounded to the earth and finding my wings. I seriously wish I could fly. I love living in Portland. It's seriously the best place ever! I love to cook, walk my dog, read anything and everything, study yoga, guitar, and always searching out new music. Music is so so important to me!

PHILOSOPHY

I'm interested in the spiritual, esoteric, existential parts of life. I love being challenged by life and have been told by those who know me well, that I am naturally inclined to be extremely present to everything that passes through my life...whether that's people, emotions, or thoughts.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

One amazing thing I have done in my lifetime? Sailed a sailboat up the west coast of the US from San Diego to Canada with an ex-husband that taught me how to live! I'll forever be grateful:)
