ABOUT ME
Just moved back to the east coast after 6 years in Los Angeles. Free time is spent eating all the food New York has to offer, writing, reading, and random day trips around the city.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I hosted a few years ago back in Los Angeles, and haven't been in a position to host again since then, but I such a great time meeting our guest that I always look into couches when I'm traveling alone.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
We've had just one couch surfer so far, and it went really well. We all got along, and he even came along to pickup ultimate with us.
Other couch crashing experiences were included on my drive from Massachusetts to California. I stayed with a few random people relatives hooked me up with. All went well, I met really cool people, and it seems like everyone is willing to let you into their home if you've got some kind of story to tell.

Cliff jumping into the river in the Dominican Republic helped me become somewhat fearless.
Talking with my "adoptive" Grandmother in Alsace about her life.
Tiny Town in New Mexico ... it's indescribable and probably part of a separate reality.
