About Me

Hi, I'm currently studying at Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge for the year as an exchange student from England and whenever I get the chance I travel to new and exciting places around the USA. I've never couch surfed before but I'm a tidy person and everyone would describe me as friendly and fun.
I love exploring big cities and will probably be out of your way for most of the day but would love to get to know other people and have their recommendation on where to go and what to see.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Well, when I first got to the US I thought it would be a lot simpler and cheaper to travel around it, but I've realised now it's super expensive and you never really get to meet locals. Couch surfing will solve all of these problems.
I want to meet people and have authentic experiences and also dip into the tourist life as well a tad.

Music, Movies, and Books

Big fan of Mumford & Sons and The 1975. I sound so cliche but I do like a bit of everything really.

Love a rom-com or things like Shaun of the Dead, Hot Fuzz, Mean Girls, any Disney film, Tim Burton films ect ect

Books, I'm currently reading All The Light We Cannot See, but just finished The Girl on the Train. Have a Good Reads account, read To Kill a Mockingbird and Pride and Prejudice. Favourite book though has got to be The Book Thief.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Rode a moped on the coast of Hoi An in Vietnam before even learning how to drive.

Teach, Learn, Share

Happy to share my experiences of any travelling I have done before, I'm still learning the best ways to get around and travel so would love to take any advice you would recommend yourself.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can share good conversation, a bit of cooking perhaps?
I can give you an excuse to go to the touristy areas so none of the locals judge you.
Any advice I can offer on anything really
