Helloooo everyone!

My name is Joel, I'm 19 years old, go to school and live in Santa Barbara, CA. I'm originally from Monterey, CA.

I am a full time student at UC Santa Barbara, 2nd year, Global Studies Major with a minor in German.

I work part time for American Airlines in Santa Barbara, so I'm constantly taking trips to wherever I can point on a map. I love flying and experiencing new places and things!

I speak English, Spanish, German, and can say some words in French, Japanese, and Arabic. I love learning languages!

New to this, so I want to see what it's all about, and as a in debt college student trying to enjoy some part of my life, I'd love to save as much as I can and spend it on food :)

(I lost, but it was awesome!)

Teach, Learn, Share

I've worked with students for the last four years. I'm a tutor for a summer college program with high school students. (3 years)

And I'm a Junior Varsity Football Coach at a local high school. I coached the O&D Lines.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I'm more than happy to provide housing whenever I'm around in Santa Barbara. I can teach people German. I can take you out for a meal on me!
