Hello there! I'm staying in istanbul for a few weeks and would like to see a bit of Turkey before i go back home to rainy England!

Well now, how to sum myself up?! I'm easy-going and friendly, interested in everyone and everything! I am in turkey at the moment training to be an English teacher, before heading back to England for a few months then off to South Korea to put that training into practice for a year or too.

Any remotely philosophical books and movies. Independent films. Recently got hooked on pop-neurology books (Ramachandren, Oliver Sacks etc). Nature/anthropology documentaries. I love reggae/dub/dancehall music, and am open-minded about all good music - educate me! I enjoy blues, folk, hiphop, drum & bass/jungle, ska, latin...

I am interested in learning about/partaking in sustanable building, farming, crafts & environmental conservation. I have just taken a CELTA course so i am a fledgling English teacher.
