One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

It is six am in Ko Samui, Thailand. I wake up early before my meditation and yoga practice to take a swim in the sea. The water is warm and there is nobody around. All I hear is the sound of the birds. The sun is getting up behind a hill when I dive into the water.

By myself in Italy. Sitting on a train with a great book, Italian music playing in my iPod- Beautiful landscapes passing by. Total sense of freedom and a sensation I can do anything in this life.
