ABOUT ME

Hi!
My Name is Johann Balasuriya and I am from Sri Lanka.
I Lived, worked, traveled and studied in the US for 14 years. And I lived in Hong Kong for 6 months and have traveled extensively in Sri Lanka, US and Hong kong and is just beginning to explore Malaysia and Maldives. I would love to meet fellow travelers and get to know their stories and experiences and trade experiences and make new friends.

I am a nice friendly out going guy. Described as being a very gregarious type of a person.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Even though this is my first time on this site, prior to this, while living in the states, Hong Kong and Sri Lanka. I have taken advantage of peoples offers to use their couch to crash on for the night and have offered my couch for friends,acquaintances, and strangers to crash on.

My favorite story is when my friend David Whitt and I were offered two couches to crash on (in a open Balcony) but only one blanket. That was a fun night . The entire night Dave and I spent stealing the blanket from each other.
