I'm a freshman in a junior college; I'm getting my basics out of the way, before the I go to a big university. I am currently majoring in International Relations, which is just that, the study of how and why countries/ people(s) interact with one another. It combines Political Science, Anthropology, History, foreign languages, and many other social sciences/ humanities. I hope to be able to use my degree to do humanitarian work abroad, while possible helping to connect other cultures with my country and be a cultural ambassador, of sorts.

However, after I finish college, I'm planning on taking a few gap years, to find myself and teach English abroad, and hopeful do some humanitarian work.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I want to find an easy way to travel on a budget, and meet new people and experience life in ways I would have never dreamed of before. When one travels, you don't embark upon a journey to a far off land but you arrive at the golden shores of your very soul, and begin to find who you really are.

Music, Movies, and Books

To pick my favorite genre in any art is nearly impossible. This is because the arts are the representation of humanity....of human existence. To pick a favorite genre is about like making me choose between my left hand and right hand....I like them both. They are a part of who I am, how could I like one over the other?
