Before embarking on the journey of graduate school, I've decided to travel for one month in Italy, France and Amsterdam. (April - May, 2018)

I graduated from Fairfield University in May 2016 with a BS in Chemistry and a BA in Music. I am an Eagle Scout of Troop 160 as of October 2011. I grew up in the charming suburbs of Scranton Pa.

I will attend Rutgers University for a Chemistry Ph.D. in the fall of 2018.

I love the culture associated with couchsurfing, and hope to meet wonderful travelers and hosts. Other encounters I have had (with other similar apps) have been nothing short of excellent. I much prefer this way of traveling to staying in hotels where its easy to not make friends!

兴趣

Music has played an important part in my life since I was young. I enjoy different types of Jazz, Blues, Folk, Indie and some Electronic music. Any chance to play a musical instrument is a joy and I primarily play guitar.

I mostly enjoy reading novels and philosophy.

I hope to earn a Ph.D. in Chemistry so I better be interested in it!

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

I have cycled 3300 miles (5310km) with my brother Matthew to raise money for the Alzheimer's Association (June-August 2018). We started in Boulder Colorado, rode north to Vancouver, BC, and then headed down the entire West Coast of the US, ending in beautiful sunny San Diego!

I have taught guitar lessons formally in Boulder Colorado, so I am always willing to share musical knowledge (just don't let me talk your ear off!)

I can help with English language as it is my mother tongue.

I'd love to practice my broken Italian and French with hosts and travelers if they'll be patient (hahaha)
