I'm 28 years old. Professional Chef and Ice Sculptor. Currently in the works of designing my own oyster off the shore of MA. Summers I have a private beach in MA that I boat and paddle board, winters I spend in NH skiing and snowmobiling. Traveler, writer and adrenaline junkie with a slight addiction to colored pants and Sperry's.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm currently cooking and eating across the country and writing about it all. 30+ restaurants in the next 3 months. 10 cities from Boston to LA so I'm finding fun people that are willing to take me in and possibly allow me to write about them and my experiences in their city. Looking to make this book unreal.
