About Me

Proud gay man, born and raised on the florida beach. I love travelling, tennis, running, soccer, movies, of course the beach. Got my degree in Computer Science, as well as studied film for two years. Good food, music, nature, beer/wine, and conversation are some of my favorite things.

I love discovering new places. I've gone scuba diving along the reefs in Honduras, ziplined through canopies in Costa Rica, climbed a volcano in Ecuador, I make the most of wherever I go. Always looking for my next adventure, especially weekend roadtrips here in the states. I'm a huge music festival and winter getaway kind of guy (Bonnaroo/Tennessee, ACL/Texas, Snowboarding/Colorado, Christmas/New York). Next music festival is Firefly in Delaware!

As a traveler I'm very easy going, laid back, fun, respectful guest, who could honestly sleep on the floor and still be happy just to be travelling. One of my favorite parts of travelling is the people I get to meet!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I've had nothing but amazing experiences using Couchsurfing. It allows you to really experience the culture of wherever you're visiting, and share that experience with the locals. I love how it brings together people of the same mindset, who enjoy traveling, and believe in helping one another on their journeys. I always share great conversations with my hosts/guests, and look forward to sharing more as I'm constantly planning my next trip.

When I'm home I'd like to host travelers to return the favor for all those who host me. And of course, I'm looking for a chill place to crash when I'm traveling, always welcome to someone showing me the good parts of wherever I'm visiting :)

Music, Movies, and Books

I appreciate all kinds of music, but my favorite type is any music I can dance to. I studied film in college, so I have about 100 favorite movies. Game of Thrones is top of my list, even if it's not a movie haha. I'm a huge bookworm, some of my favorites are The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo series, Dark Matter, the Harry Potter books, I could go on forever...

Teach, Learn, Share

I can share my Spanish speaking skills, some computer/web programming, and I can teach you how to line dance to country music!
