Overview
About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Graduate from culinary school and land that perfect international internship with a top-class chef. My mission is to bring back what I learn abroad, and blow the American public's mind with my skills.
ABOUT ME
In between quarters, I play the guitar, practice my recipes, I read, I go to the cinema, and hike
PHILOSOPHY
I aim to Live Big. Any chance I get, I want to make the very best of the situation, and enjoy it. Every day a new adventure presents itself, and what better way to take it on than with your arms crossed, nose plugged, and a deep breath...and jump right in! A philosophy I got, and hope to embrace more and more as my life progresses, from my best friend and fellow traveller/surfer.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
Someday I will gladly be a host, in my own home. Sadly, I currently rent a room, and share a house with 3 other guys. Packed enough already, sad to say.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
No experience yet, but an old flat mate came home from England and crashed on our sofa for a few days before visiting family further south. He epitomizes the couch surfer with all of his traveling experience, truly a mentor of mine.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I witnessed my own life change for the better when I found God and Jesus Christ. Honestly a miracle. My education, my occupation, my social life, and my church involvement have all blossomed since I started going to church. I am truly blessed.
Teach, Learn, Share
I wish to share what I can of my culinary school experience. Even if I don't succeed in the field, I want to share what I've learned with all of my friends and family. I would love to learn European languages, and in turn, teach those to the people I meet in my travels.
