ABOUT ME

I am easy to get along I appreciate good and clear communication. I've had many housemates in all kinds of situation and they have generally worked out quite well. I consider myself to be friendly and positive. I also live a yogic lifestyle - typically going to bed early getting up early. I like to hike, do calisthenics, play frisbee, be in nature, and work in a garden. I live on the big island of Hawaii where I have some acreage.

PHILOSOPHY

First, to live in joy. I love to share things that I have learned - especially around healing. I believe in experiencing life in a healthy way and deep meditation. IE. 200% of life

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

As a solo traveler, it is more fun to be with people.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

None as of yet. I have, however, been in dozens of group or housemate living situations and many of these people have remained friends. In most of my travels I have stayed in airbnbs.

Interests

I practice yoga and meditation, hooping, read, hike, play frisbee and generally like to be outdoors and cultivate a healthy lifestyle.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have been a ropes course instructor, I have seen an amazing place in India called "Hampi" , and have been to Fiji, Bali, India, Thailand, and New Zealand. Plus, I have had the good fortune of living on Hawaii for 3+ years. I have had some fantastic spiritual teachers to whom I am deeply greatful.

Teach, Learn, Share

chiropractic (a very gently approach); Reverse Speech (get hidden messages from your subconscious); anything that I have learned that might be valuable to someone. I can, and would be happy to, teach meditation and hatha yoga; Breathwork, I would be willing to share anything I have learned about life or any useful skill.
