I am a fun loving free spirit. I have always had a desire to travel and meet new people and to share anything I have to share. I write rhyming poems to describe my experiences and things that I have learned along my way. I have worked with horses my whole working life, and I am now working as a freelance horse carer/clipper/manager etc. I love humanity and as I see what is occurring all over the world in the way of war, poverty and sickness, I strive to do anything I can to help alleviate the suffering and to share a message of Love and with my knowing that humanity is beautiful I share the message that it can only get better from here on.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

With my desire to travel and meet other people, I discovered that couchsurfing is a great way to travel and meet all sorts of beautiful people all over the place. What a brilliant idea and opportunity to do what I am here to do!!

As described in my description about my self, I am interested in traveling, sharing my skills/talents/experiences with others, hearing stories from others, I love animals and I really adore our planet, our Earth Mother - I LOVE to be in nature, in fact, I spend most of my time in nature.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music for me is anything that is melodic, lively, and pleasant to just listen to, or to sit and just appreciate. While I do like hearing beautiful messages in the way of lyrics, my favourite music is instrumental from rock to classical.

Movies are all sorts - mostly ones that are showing us the truth of what is really going on in the world!!

I enjoy books that help me see myself for who I really am. Stories are always fun - particularly stories of adventure!!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I rode my bike 166 miles in one day, across the Caribbean Island of Jamaica when I was 49 years old. It was quite a feat for me because before I decided to do it, I hadn't ridden more than 45 miles in one day before, and that was only once! I was used to rides of between 10 and 20 miles, but I proclaimed that "I could never do that" when a friend suggested I took on that long ride across Jamaica.

I did it, and I exceeded my expectations as to how long it would take me. I was amazed!!!!

Teach, Learn, Share

I can tell my story of how I regained my self esteem after going from a point of having zero self esteem. I am open minded to learn all sorts of things - I am very practical so I can learn to do almost anything - how good I will be at it depends on what it might be, but I am very willing. I have spent my life in the outdoors, so I am very capable of most outdoors jobs from shoveling poop to going up ladders to build a roof to raking a full driveway of leaves and carting them away!!

I can share my experiences and my skills and my enthusiasm for life and for humanity, my knowing that despite what we see, humanity is basically beautiful and are only messed up by programs and conditioning and by having been emotionally wounded and not having healed from that. I know we all can and we can live in what I call "Inflowment", which means living in balanced, harmonious flow, with respect for all around us.
