I am 20, turning 21 in February. If you haven't already realised I am a male. I was Born in London, age 12 I moved to Sydney. I am a Christian by faith, and a student of philosophy (currently at Macquarie university, Australia & university of Tartu, Estonia).

My travels have seen me walk, cycle, hitch hike and scramble around by any affordable means through Europe, South Africa and South east Asia.

Films, If i don't cry or feel the tears welling, if I don't feel incapable of speech for fear of selling the experience short - then the film wasn't good enough.

Books, stories of freedom - lines that sticks to your brain like tattoos. Ideas so good you laugh.

Coffee, makes me walk mile after mile through urban jungles just for a good cup. Caffeine is my muse, my drug of choice.

Age 18 I bought a bike and cycled through Europe, testing my sense of direction skills. No plans no agenda - a man of means by no means king of the road.

Herded sheep with a 14yr old Shepard in the Albanian mountains.

Eaten - Dog, scorpion, deep fried duck fetus, bugs, crickets, snake heart, snake blood and bile, pig intestines.

Slept in the entrance of an old church, in car parks, farms, river banks, airports, Vietnamese restaurants - anywhere i can lay my head.

walked from hoek Van Hollend - Cologne along the Rhine river.

walked around the isle of white
as well as from Ramsgate - Dover

embraced the natural life on nudist beaches in Montenegro, as well as numerous Sauna experiences in Estonia.

been taken in By old ladies, Motorists, Families and many others who have opened their doors to me and my back pack, for a cup of tea, a bag of crisps, coffee, a shower breakfast or just conversation.

Watched elephants cross the road in front of me, petted a lion, bathed with an elephant and posed with a tiger.

been the first White person in a bar in Johannesburg

i love a good hostel chat, the kind that makes you sit there all night with a beer, and a "last cigarette". the talk that leaves you sitting in a square in a city at 3 am discussing the intricacies of your life with a person who has probably by now forgotten your name.
