ABOUT ME

I work in hospitality and I eat, drink and sleep food and wine. I work currently as a Sales Development Representative for a start-up company called Nutrislice headquartered in Broomfield, Colorado. Formerly, I also worked as a Customer Sales Consultant for Globus Tours in Littleton, Colorado. Someday, my work and culinary ambitions will culminate into opening my own restaurant. My current plan involves buying and running my own food truck within the next 10 years... I love to cook, travel and entertain - so it would be the perfect career!

I'm a huge advocate of living happily to not only benefit our own life mission, but to delight as many others as you can in the process... I am looking forward to meeting others that aren't afraid to let loose, open up to the opportunities that we could be missing out on and have as much fun in the process!

Interests

I crave most of everything in life, so why refuse to seek out the best of what it has to offer?

I love to travel on day trips, experience the Colorado outdoors, hiking, camping, disc golf, vacation, LIVE MUSIC, trying out a new restaurant, nightlife, and much more...

I am magnanimous, clever, crafty and cool! I enjoy being the life of the party. I have a boundless energy, and I like to make others smile... I am a great listener, and I relish a full range of topical conversation. You'll find there's never a dull moment when you are around me... Fo sho!

Books: I read a lot of books dedicated to cooking, travel and suspense. Non-fiction. Sustainable living. Rolling Stone Magazine. Esquire. Men's Journal. Paste Magazine. Jonathan Safran Foer. Russell Banks. Anthony Bourdain. Stephen Clarke.

Movies: Movies of the Coen brothers, the Scott boys and Q Tarantino. Top Three films would have to be: 1) Seven 2) Jackie Brown and 3) True Romance (Singles and Almost Famous come in as close runner-ups). Christian Bale probably has the most successful run of movies that I really enjoy. And there's something to be said about the masterful work of one Will Ferrell. Genius! I am also addicted to Food Network and Top Chef!

Food: I'm a chef and a foodie. There are not too many foods I don't enjoy eating. Favorite foods -- sushi, Thai cuisine, seafood, the perfect sandwich, Posole, a classic burger, hand-cut french fries, New York-style pizza, Mexican street tacos, chocolate pudding...
