I work for a small environmental technology company that has me traveling periodically throughout the U.S. When possible, I schedule extra days into my work travel so as to see and experience the city/region I'm visiting. My itineraries typically revolve around visiting craft breweries for a taste of the local fare.

Though my work travel has allowed me to visit numerous cities and regions of the U.S., I often feel unfulfilled by the limited experience of these new place. I rarely have the opportunity to connect with locals or truly get a feel for a place and its gastronomic or cultural signatures. Thus, I've decided to give Couchsurfing a try in hopes that I may more fully experience and appreciate the diversity of the country and world.

Enjoying lake life particularly via wakeboarding and stand up paddle boarding.
Snowboarding and downhill skiing.
Running...I'm currently training for a Boston qualifying time.
While traveling, though, I particularly enjoy visiting craft breweries and reading.
