ABOUT ME

I am a curious and spunky person. I have deep roots in the Detroit, Michigan area. I like discovering new places by getting to know people and want to learn about new ways of being and doing! One of my favorite mantras is: patience, process, presence.

Travel to me is about journeying- getting to know people, getting a taste of their lifestyle, and how they move about in the place they call home. I enjoy communal activities like cooking and I love sharing my energy, interests, and about my home city Detroit!

Intereses

I try to cultivate respect for the interconnection of life on all levels: personal, interpersonal, communal, global, cosmic. I like an active lifestyle with a healthy dose of both adventure and chillin. I am fascinated by culture, religion, spirituality and psychology. I love making and listening to music. I enjoy cooking, dancing, yoga, climbing things and joking around. And I always come with a guitar!

How I spend my time when I'm not traveling: I am a caretaker for an elderly couple, which is interesting on many levels. I'm working as a musician, growing plants, and trying to stay focused on this album I'm writing!

Algo increíble que he hecho

I saw the ruins of last Hindu empire in hampi, Karnataka. The decapitated heads of the elephant statues were still strewn about on the ground and the thousand year old temple for hanuman was still in use for worship.
