Play loads of music, move to Bristol with my best friends, meet people from all over the world, maybe pass my degree haha... In the long run im'a go and visit my closest friend from childhood in Pakistan. Nobody knows what the future holds :)
I think my friends would say i'm a Character, eccentric, thoughtful and positive. Determined to experience things and discover the weird, the wonderful and the new.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Music is the fire, the passion. Live music is my love, people coming together and creating something spontaneous, folky, roots, raw. I play the accordion myself and i'm always trying to find people to jam with and create something new, unique and awesome.
I'll try and read as much as possible to keep my mind fresh and open up all the possibilities in this world and try to understand lives lead and places faraway.

Music, Movies, and Books
Too many books! -George Orwell's Down and Out in Paris and London inspired me to travel. All his other books are boss.
The Manuscript Found in Sarragossa sparks my imagination, William Blake keeps me inspired.
Nikolai Gogol, Solzhenitsyn Alexandr Pushkin are the dons.
The American authors like Kerouac, Bukowski and Hunter S. Thompson are cool, if a bit arrogant ha.
Like to geek out and read political economy and sometimes like J.K. Galbraith and Naomi Klein. Zen and the Art of Motorcycle Maintenance was my travel companion :)
Love 19th Century literature world literature generally.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Not to sound too egotistical, but playing festivals in the UK with my band is always a dream come true, to see people out there dancing and having a good time, everyone coming together to create a magic moment is just unbeatable.
Another festival one! Getting a crappy old bus through the Macedonian mountains, bus driver cruising along with the phone in one hand and a cig in the other. Surviving somehow then trailing down an old dirt-road filled with fireflies, to emerge into a huge field at the base of a wooded cliffside, on the shores of the mighty lake Ohrid in Macedonia. Lined with tents and windsurfers, three stages hosting the craziest variety of music in the most beautiful spot imaginable. As the sun sets the moonlight shines, reflecting off the lake and enchants you completely while everyone parties into the night...
Going to a Orheil Vechi monastery in Moldova, missing the last bus back, facing sheer despair at being stranded in the middle of the most unknown country in Europe, miles from anywhere, then trying to blag our way back into town with the local villagers. It worked as well! We managed to pay a guy some money to take us back to the main road, which was at least a few kilometres in the baking sun, then hitchhiking back to Chisinau. You could say we got really lucky but I like to believe in the kindness of strangers more, and it was an amazing experience in the end despite our utter ineptitude!
