Me??? it is a journey to know the self... with that in mind I can tell you that i am into yoga. Yoga is a mental and physical experience. I enjoy philosophy and physical activities. I strive to be flexible, in both my mind and body. this means i am easy going and adaptable to life situations. i like to explore and strive to enjoy everyday, every moment whatever it offers.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I decided to join Couchsurfing because i have met others who do this and they seem to have had positive experiences. I like to get to know people and would like to find a way to travel and get to know people who live locally. I am not a typical tourist...

Interests

In traveling I hope to experience local life. I am open to many directions of interest, depending on what is happening in that community. Art is always a direction i like to pursue. I also enjoy nature, connecting with the earth is rejuvenating.

Favorite is music is cultural, live musicians. I enjoy movies without violence, specific ones that give insight into culture. Books i enjoy are self help generally, but books that can help shape one's character and offer insight to understanding life.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Haha, to tell of only one! living is an amazing thing, being willing to experience life is fantastic. I have lived in China for 8 years, this is amazing to me... it has been an experience filled with challenges and personal growth. I have gotten to know people completely different than me, began to understand their language and culture based on my interaction with children, youth and adults.

Teach, Learn, Share

Life is filled with many opportunities to Teach, Learn and share.... it is a way of interacting with others. I personally like to learn first. how am i to know what it is i need to share or what it is i could teach another to enrich their life.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I love to share! But it is hard to say what to share with any individual. But I do yoga and would love to do yoga with a host! even children's yoga! i also know meditation and love to share understandings to help anyone who is interested in gaining strength in this skill.
