Hi! I love to travel, and have been living overseas for over two years. I have learned that the best way to get to know a city is to take a tour from a local. Because of my living situation, I cannot offer for a place to stay, but I would love to meet for coffee. I am happy to learn about your country, and share about mine! I currently live in Ankara, Turkey, and would be happy to meet fellow travelers just passing through, or locals that know the area better than I do.

I have heard from fellow travelers, time and time again, that this is a great site to use when visiting (or living) in a new country. Why not give it a try?

兴趣

I love trying foods and drink from other countries, but nothing too crazy (I have no desire to eat bugs or anything moving). My favorite tea is yerba mate from Argentina (I even still have some!), and my favorite food (along with Mexican) is anything Ukrainian or Russian. I have no idea how to cook, but hope one day to learn.

I love making and listening to music. I played the saxophone for about 10 years, and am beginning the piano. My favorite composer is Chopin! I love his nocturnes and preludes. I hope to go back to Poland, since I missed the capital (Warsaw) last time.

Running, photography, writing, reading, and being lazy are all things that I also enjoy. I really like looking at maps...a lot. I hope to earn my degree in international relations or political geography, but that is a work in progress. Oh, and of course, making new friends!

It depends on the mood! For music, I love Sara Bareilles, Chopin, Beatles, Frank Sinatra. I enjoy comedies and action/spy flicks. For books, I'm a huge Tom Clancy fan, but I do enjoy other random authors, like Jodi Picoult (Storyteller), Gavin de Becker, and some autobiographies.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

I can't really think of one incredible thing I've done (other than maybe skydiving, but it seems a lot of people have done that), but I will say I have been the victim of incredible hospitality in every country I've traveled to. I've never shown a foreigner my own country (granted I haven't been there for awhile), but I hope to pay it forward one day.
