Searching for a new place to call home!
I have been described as a compassionate, caring individual, often overly goofy yet morbidly serious at the same time. I spend my time experiencing nature, reading, listening to music, and connecting with people (mostly if you count People-Watching as a connection). Listening is the most important piece of communication. I learn something new from everyone and every situatio I meet. There is always something to be grateful for.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
-Driving into to the mountains after a long road trip from Minnesota.
-Landing in Reno at sunset on my way to South Lake Tahoe only to see one of the most amazing sunsets over the mountains.
Teach, Learn, Share
Volunteering as a mathematics teacher for adults studying for the GED, which I have found to be very rewarding and also very challenging. You're heard this from at least one teacher in your lifetime, but I have found it to be true; my students teach me more than I teach them.
