ABOUT ME

My name is Josh, I am 18 years old, and I just graduated from high school. I live in Nanaimo, British Columbia, Canada a fairly small city on the East Coast of Vancouver Island.

This summer, I will be travelling for the first time. I have never been outside of Canada, so I am very excited about the trip my girlfriend, Alyssa, and I are taking to Europe. Alyssa and I have been together for almost 2 and a half years, and have always wanted to travel together. We have been really good friends since the beginning of grade 10 and even now our friendship continues to grow.

Just a little bit more about me. I love hockey, love it. My favorite team is the Vancouver Canucks, but I love watching any team in the Stanley Cup Playoffs. Although I love hockey I have to let it go and focus on my passion in life stone masonry. My goal in life is to become a successful stone mason. Next spring (Feb 2010) I am taking a stone masonry course at Kwantlen Polytechnic University in Cloverdale, BC, Canada. I will also start my own stone masonry business, which is currently in the making.

About my family. I have two younger brothers (14 and 16) and an older sister (22) who lives near Boston, Massachusetts, USA. My parents Frank and Vicky have been together for almost 17 years and counting.

Saw TWO Humpback Whales, Porpoises swam and jumped with the boat, tons of harbour Seals, and Sea Lions!

Amazing trip, recommend anyone coming to the Island to go there.
