ABOUT ME

I am a former mathematics teacher in South Central LA. I currently lecture in the Graduate School of Education & Information Studies at UCLA, do web development for the International Physicians for the Prevention of Nuclear War and am developing my first feature length film.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I am new to the community. I am making a film attempting to document the spectrum of American voices. I feel that the CS community is a great way to meet a wide variety of American people.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

For my honeymoon, my wife and I were a part of an international group of students cycling around the Baltic Sea to promote anti-nuclear proliferation. As part of this, we stayed with dozens of different locals across three countries. My favorite was staying with the Russian Coast Guard service. After serving us Fish Soup and Vodka, they set off the flare gun for us.
