ABOUT ME

I am primarily a musician, but I also have fairly extensive experience in the field of Childcare. I love kids and teaching! I play the violin and guitar, and I also sing. I mostly play traditional and folk (acoustic) music, but i like most types of music, perhaps excluding some sub-genres of metal, and pop-country. I like eating, and sleeping, funny people, good movies, going out, junk stores, and I like being outside.

I made this profile because following a semi-crisis of life, I decided to stop going to school, quit my job, and take a big ol road trip across the country. I'm starting in the NW (my home turf), and traveling south as far as (maybe) LA, and then going to Vegas, and then across the south the West Virginia, when ill start heading north to visit lots of friends on the east coast. I'm going to be mostly sleeping in my car, but would love to find some folks in some of these places who could let me use their shower, perhaps sleep on their couch to get a break from my car, and maybe show me around the city a bit!

I'll also be traveling with my dog, Jasper, who is a 14 year old poodle. He is very well house trained, quiet, doesn't shed, and is generally pretty awesome, despite his stinky breath and deaf-ness.

Right now I am traveling so I am participating by surfing, but once I settle down again I would love to host people who are traveling in the northwest.

Intereses

Love music! I love meeting musicians, jamming, and I also love live music. I like to go out, drink, dance, meet people, etc. but I also have a pretty introverted side, that likes to curl up and read a book or watch a show. I also like walking and being outside. I like people who are intelligent, interesting, funny, and actually enjoy having an engaging, thoughtful conversation--but can also just have some drinks and shoot the shit.

Algo increíble que he hecho

I went to Indonesia when I was fourteen and it is still my favorite place in the world. Seeing some of my favorite musicians live has been pretty amazing. For some reason this is a hard question for me!
