Why I’m on Couchsurfing

ENGLISH:
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Please, note that I LIVE IN SITGES (45 minutes from Barcelona) NOT IN BARCELONA CITY.

At the moment, in general, I had good experiences receiving people at home.
But I decided to host JUST ONE PERSON -ONLY MEN-, for affinity, never more a couple of friends or lovers (too many night discussions and other problems).
Also I decided to host for a MAXIMUM OF THREE DAYS.
And, especially, NOT HAVING TO FEED MY GUESTS, nor supply them with body cream. toothpaste, etc., etc.

Dear couchsurfer:
My house is not a hotel, hostel or shelter traveling without economic possibilities. If you're only going to use me to have a covered place to sleep, forget this profile and goes to the next.

CouchSurfing philosophy is to SHARE, into each one possibilities, time and great experiences, otherwise I'm fine alone without having to bother me to have someone sharing my espace.
Be aware that your being at home will behave me some extra charges for consumption of water, gas and electricity.

I am not located in the center of Sitges but in a quiet urbanization 20-30 minutes away by foot or 5-10 minutes by bus (from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m.).

Of course you are not obligated to, but the politeness rules wants to have an exchange, and I don't mean just a conversation, which often can not be because one of the two is too busy or tired to coincide by the other, I mean to give me something for the "inconvenience" caused, for example, something typical of you origin country, a bottle of wine, a cheap dinner, a massage...
Myself and other hosts and future couchsurfers will thank you.

CASTELLANO:
