Be a person who can give and share.
I'm Jou-Fei, Huang, my English name is Lily, and I got a Turkish name last month from my friend, so you can call me Handa also.
My habit is reading, opera, mountain climbing and doing hand-made trail, etc. I really like to make friends, talking to other people, knowing different opinion and attitude and learn something new.
Sometimes, I dance too, but not wellXDD
BUT really like the tempo of tangle and salsa.
I can speak a little French, right now working on Turkish><
The main reason I want to try Sofa surfing is this is a really great opportunity to meet new friends, experience different lifestyle and culture, and grow, it’s so amazing.
I had been host before, but not as officially as this website~~mostly is the exchange students from our class, through this process we experience some really funny and sometimes awkward but funny things><
Always keep my promises.
Only I can make myself upset.
With confidence and courage, everything is possible.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I'm so happy to have friends coming to Taiwan visit, my lovely hometown. Taiwan is a small country but are nice people everywhere, and we have the best and cheapest cuisines in the world!!!! we also have very convenient public transportation system, accessible restrooms and water fountains everywhere.
And we have many traditional festivals and culture which I'm proud of and lovely to share with friends from foreign countries.
Right now i live in the dorm, so may not be possible to offer the couch,
but i'll be really happy to be a tour guide, to take you around at Taipei, Taichung, etc.
Every month I'll go back Taichung once, if you come this time, i can offer a bed to stay over.
the first experience of couchsurfing is at Boston. Gigi is a nice host who studying at marketing. That trip really open my mind and got some really good friends, like Vivian. We talked a lot about our life, experience at foreign countries, relationship, etc. It's amazing, we just met less then 36 hours, but I felt so connected and close.
When I have leisure time, I like to hang out with my friends, maybe go picnic, movies or mountain climbing.
Love to chat with friends and share our opinion and values. I like reading, especially Chinese classic novels, right now, I fall in love of American short fiction, 20th.
