to find a new passion. I quit my job 4 years ago and traveled the world with my 15 year old daughter and my wife I 'm interested in adventures in more countries especially south american spanish speaking

ABOUT ME

Recently I had a health scare, and as a result I am in love with life and excited about the future. I dropped out of of a successful business four years ago and have been traveling with my wife and daughter. We live in Mexico part-time and Vermont. I'll take trips spur of the moment anywhere! I'm thinking about taking off to Africa again with my wife, after my my daughter starts her second year of college. I've been enjoying reacquainting with old friends and spending more time relaxing, philosophizing and learning to stay still.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I just learned of couch surfing from friends, Adam and jaime from N.C., that participate in both cs and hospitality. When i was 25, i traveled in Europe alone and spent many nights on new found friends couches, sometimes not the safest situation!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've climbed to Mt. Everest Base Camp, Gone on Safari at Masi Mara Kenya , Stayed in Cairo and visited the Pyramids, lived in Antigua with a Spanish speaking family, Climbed the Leaning Tower of Pisa ,Scuba dived with my daughter in the Indian Ocean, Visited the Taj Mahal and the Ganges River , stayed in Katmandu, Nepal for one month. Live and explore in Mexico winter, Work in Vermont during the Summer.

Teach, Learn, Share

Couch surfing is ideal for this... as a host... sharing the ways I live, my surroundings and my unique enjoyment, and contentment of life with others . As a surfer... learning from my host a new perspective, often a new attitude of gratitude.
