It is an honor to speak of myself as an entrepreneur, an educator and a student. I consider my life a curious venture in living which has gifted me with a healthy appetite for vitality, a deep respect for indigenous world cultures and a unique perspective on world history. I have learned how to be adept and articulate by surrounding myself with talented and respected teachers. There are many books, documentaries and museums I have immersed myself in. With 19 years experience teaching a vast array of subjects my own curiosity on what it means to be a human being has had a home to flourish.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
When my sons were 11 and 9 a friend and I travelled to Guatemala and spent 8 weeks in Spanish language immersion. We spent 4 weeks in San Andres on Lake Petan-Itza and 4 weeks in San Pedro on Lake Atitlan.
Teach, Learn, Share
I teach people for a living how to inhabit their bodies for more pleasure and to heal from chronic pain. I am studying how to be a brain health coach. I am devoted to discovering human potential that aligns with our natural ability of living in the world. If we know our patterns and blind spots, we can chose. Knowledge is one thing, wisdom is another. My teaching all comes from self exploration and study.
What I Can Share with Hosts
