ABOUT ME

I had a wonderful childhood growing up in Zimbabwe (Southern Africa)- many fond memories of the African way of life (balance, simplicity, humility, "I have enough"). Moved to USA & now live in a very busy city of Dallas. Never dreamed I would be living in America - it's like everything I saw in the movies & on TV growing up.

PHILOSOPHY

I believe in Kharma - so I am conscious of my intent & practice gratitude for what I have, every day. I believe in humor & being light-hearted in our daily life.

I'm a newbie - but heard a lot about it.

Interests

I did Japanese home stay - & loved it! It was the easiest & best way for me to travel extensively around Japan - in exchange, I would teach English to the family or just practice speaking it with the kiddos in the family.

I enjoy Science Fiction, action, 'chick flicks' - pretty much anything goes.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Visited the amazing Victoria Falls in Zimbabwe. Almost climbed Mount Fuji in Japan. Marveled at the volcano & rainforest in New Zealand.

Teach, Learn, Share

I enjoy talking about Zimbabwe & African safari to everybody - as well as encouraging everybody to go to Africa at least once in their lifetime!
