ABOUT ME

I am a girl of two halves, I love the stability of being at home with my regular routines and tend to be sensible and cautious. But I also love exploring new places and meeting new people and, every now and then, throwing caution to the wind and doing something out of my comfort zone like gorge walking!
People would say I'm a bit of a bossy boots, probably because I like to be in control! But I am a loyal and fair friend who genuinely wants everyone to be happy.
I like the house to be tidy but it rarely is!!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

At the moment I am just looking for a place to stay near Exeter whilst I do a few days of Forest School training. If it goes well then we might offer up our own sofa.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I am new to this but reading through lots of the profiles I would love to get to know some couch surfers.

Interests

I love the English countryside - being out in it walking, taking photos, smelling the flowers and watching wildlife.
We like to grow our own veg on our allotment and spend time making yummy meals with it.
I love playing board games-pictionary is the best!
I enjoy getting involved in our village community, helping to organise the fete and going to quizzes etc.
Most weeks I have fun playing badminton and I do the odd bit of cycling and pilates.
Being green - my husband says I'm the recycling police! I love going to charity shops to pick up a bargain. I also like doing crafty things, just getting into doing embroidery, felt making and the like and loving it!
