I work hard to advance my career but I'm also increasingly relaxed and spend a lot of time for with girlfriend, family and friends :)
Identity is shaped by action. My activities revolve around working. cooking, running and reading. I love traveling in the holidays and always take back some obsession back from my travels, be it Scottish breakfast, black tea from the Middle East and buckwheat noodle soup from Japan. I also love meeting new people and learn from them.
"No man e'er was glorious who was not laborious" (B. Franklin). You got to work to make your dreams come true
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I meet up with open minded people. Usually I insist we cook and eat together! I have had some lovely encounters this way. I always get enormous energy of listening to people who have passions and dreams and chase them any way they can.
Oxford and a trip to the French Rivièra. Little experience hosting.
What can I say, these are the things I enjoy :)
- trail running
- vegetarian cooking
- cooking and baking
- long distance running
Music, Movies, and Books
Opera for sure, seen 7 when I lived in Vienna. I also enjoy other classical music and jazz. I love Russian and English literature from the late 19th and early 20th century.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
So many cool memories, hiking to a lost city in Colombia, a track through Scotland, 2 weeks backpacking in Japan.
Teach, Learn, Share
My 21 year old self wrote something pretentious about economics. Now I don't know what to put in this box...
What I Can Share with Hosts
I have always cooked with my hosts. My garlic chicken is legendary but I also like learning from my hosts :)
