ABOUT ME

My name is Justine I'm 18 and I live in Belgium near Brussels so I speak French. I still live with my parents but I hope I'll have my own home soon! I love my cat :D Oh, and I have a brother too.
I love literature and I think I'll begin studies in this area because I really want to discover English, American and Irish authors.. I'm fascinated by these countries! So of course I want to go in all thse countries to meet lots of great people an places!
What else.. When I need to evacuate my "bad feelings", I go climbing or I go to a party with good dubstep and I dance like crazy with my friends. You really become crazy with this music, it's nice!
I have almost no experience because I'm only 18 but I hope

CouchSurfing will help me to discover a lot of things!
For now I want to travel with a friend, her name is Maureen and she's really great, I'll give you more informations if you need it of course.

In Belgium you think everyone likes beer, but I don't like.. It sucks, I know :( (But I love cocktails :D Yes, in my country I have the right age for that). I like to hang out in bars with a special atmosphere, an original place, wich changes the ordinary. And then in winter it's great to drink a hot chocolate in a coffee (I don't know if it's the right name for that..)
I love watching movies and tv series and I dream to be able to spend my time in a old cinema where there are movies without color!
Then I like to read and hang out in large libraries that seem sacred..
And I love ice cream, especially Ben&Jerry's :D
With my friend during the summer we spend half our time in festivals (In Belgium there are a lot of festivals with a good reputation!). It's nice when you meet a lot of great strangers and, in the same time, a lot of weird musics (we love that!)

• Music : reggae, pop, dubstep, piano.. I listen to everything and anything, I like music, that's all! For the moment I'm a fan of Julia Stone, the soundtrack of the Lord of the Rings, Martin Jondo, Cults, ..
• Movies : I try to cultivate and watch movies from Kubrick, Almodovar, Clint Eastwood.. But sometimes I'm not in a good mood for that so I watch stupid american movies like Mean Girls, Smiley Face, Juno, Easy A, .. :B
And I love Harry Potter, Lord of the Rings, Thelma&Louise, Virgin Suicides..
• Books : I have a lot to read but I don't take the time.. I like Gone With the Wind, Harry Potter(of course), all the books of Haruki Murakami, or Anna Gavalda, Oscar Wilde, ..

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Maybe.. In Italy we climbed up to the top of Stromboli, it was an amazing experience!
