ABOUT ME
Most of my friends would probably agree that I'm warm, compassionate, caring, and sometimes even too friendly. I try to find the good in everyone I meet and am generally quite successful at it. I love to love, give love, and be loved :) As an energy healer and teacher, I am often sought after for good friendly advice on how to handle situations in the best way possible for all involved. That being said, I try my best to engage in a positive flow with excellent decision making skills and trusting my gut feeling above all else. I am also clean and extremely respectful of people's space and privacy. I open my heart to others knowing you get what you give. I am ready for adventure and feel positive that if there are people out there who would benefit from us getting to know each other and/or host me in their place, it will happen with ease and grace, and in complete perfection. I trust the natural flow ...
Interests
I try to underscore my life with music, both playing it and listening to it. I sing spiritual folk songs while my acoustic guitar strums along. I am also interested in meditation, energy healing, observing the signs and synchronicities in life, and trying to figure out what the message or meaning behind them is. I always love a good smile. I love nature and gardening. The ocean calls to me as if we're long lost lovers. I do all I can to feel peaceful. A good coffee shop will always get my attention, as will cooking food with friends, enjoying a glass of wine, and a barrel of laughter.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I was living in Los Angeles. I knew in my heart it was time to move somewhere else. I sat on the beach and asked for a sign as to where it should be. I knew there was a perfect place for me somewhere. Was it New York? Europe? Back home to New Hampshire. I needed a sign. 20 minutes later on my way back to my house, driving on the 10 freeway of Santa Monica, I heard Paul Simon sing on the radio, 'going home,' at the same exact moment I looked up to see there was a New Hampshire license plate right in front of me! It was the sign I had just asked for! Going home to New Hampshire. From that moment forward I didn't even hesitate for a minute that that is where I needed to be. And so home i went ...
