ABOUT ME

My name is Justin I'm 24 from NYC love to travel and experience new cultures by meeting locals, seeing historic and ancient places, and eating the local cuisine. Besides traveling my passion in life is sports particularly basketball, football & hockey. In my free time I also love cooking & learning new recipes. I have recently worked as an English language instructor and would like to do it overseas in the near future.

PHILOSOPHY

Travel is an amazing experience because you learn about the world and about yourself and you have memories that last a lifetime.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I'm not new to traveling but I am new to couch surfing. I've stayed in hostels all over.

Interests

travel, sports, grabbing a few drinks in a bar or lounge, walking around nyc or whatever city I'm in and taking in the sights, learning about world history and cultures, cooking, video games.

I love gangster/drama movies like City of God, Goodfellas, Training Day, Carlito's Way, Scarface, A Bronx Tale
I listen to rap, rock, reggae, a lot of 90's music, love old school rap from the 80's & 90's
I don't read books too often mostly world news and sports news articles

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

18 hour bus ride to see Iguazu Falls (it was worth it!)
roman coliseum (my favorite site thus far)
windsor castle
walking to the top of the statue of liberty as a kid before it was closed to the public
