I have been living in the North Carolina area and am a retired woman, who is physically in good health. My friends enjoy my company because I am diverse, versatile, resourceful, energetic, and have a kind persona! I care about people. I keep busy with Line dancing and mingling with friends. I am capable of still working, but this area has not given me too much opportunities for work. I don't give up and keep trying for it, because I believe I have at least 20 more years left to work; as long as my health stays great.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am couch surfing for a room or couch in the NJ area of Roseland, NJ. I have a grandchild there that I like to see. I am not able to stay at my son's place because it is small and he has to put up with his girlfriend finding room for her out of town parents to stay with her. I will be going to NJ to see my grandchild for his 1st. Birthday on June 3rd. - June 6th. I will need a place to stay June 3, 4, 5 of 2016. I certainly would appreciate the opportunity to find a couch I can lay myself on for that time.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I am a former Flight Attendant. I still love to travel, but my lower income prevents me from doing that. My car is getting older, so, I travel by car locally.
