CURRENT MISSION

This year, I made a goal to hike 100 times before the end of the year. I have currently hiked more than 75 times and hope to finish this goal on my birthday, December 6th.

ABOUT ME

I've been a traveler since 2001, when I explored a lot of Europe over 2 months. Since then, I try to travel internationally at least once a year. When I travel, I like to be low key, using mainly hostels or campsites. I spend most of my trips hiking or exploring by foot. I love to meet other travelers and have made a lot of good friends while traveling.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Since I meet a lot of people traveling, I'm always happy to host them when they visit Los Angles. I've been a couch host since long before this site began! I've been fortunate enough to borrow friend's couches when I travel to meet them, such as a recent trip to Nova Scotia in Canada.
