About Me
istj // drug & alcohol free // code-crunching designer and business owner
I have been to eight countries abroad, but my recent goals have been to explore more of the U.S. I was raised in Alaska, which kept me isolated from the continental U.S., so now I'm using every excuse to get out there and see more of my own country!
I am a self-employed artist who loves quiet evenings indoors with a good book or movie. Much of my traveling will involve working on the road, so my Couchsurfing style is pretty independent and hands-off — so I'm happy with any host, even those with a busy schedule.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I am new to Couchsurfing, and I'm excited to try it based on a couple friends' recommendations. Compared to other services they've tried, my friends said that the friendliness of Couchsurfing hosts is unmatched! Given that the Couchsurfing scene is between "small" and "nonexistent" in my hometown Alaska, my recent move to the continental U.S. will enable me to experience Couchsurfing to the fullest!
