About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Cycling from Vancouver, BC to Nevada's Black Rock Desert for Burning Man.
ABOUT ME
I share the same moniker as the collared green vegetable, but don't taste anything like it. Yes, it is my birth name. No, my parents weren't hippies. In fact, they didn't even know it was a vegetable until 5 years after I was born.
Born and raised on the west coast of Canada. I seek positive interactions and experiences. I believe in being responsible for the reality I create. I enjoy observing life, both internally and externally, and doing whatever I can to grow this individual form.
What the hell am I talking about? Well, let's have a conversation about it.

PHILOSOPHY
Art; it is what you make it.
I was as much a God
as God was a God to I.
Inspiration is growth. Growth is inspiration.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I've involved myself with some of the meet-ups in Vancouver, and will always leave an honest review when utilizing CS while traveling. Unfortunately I've yet to have a space to host someone adequately, but know that the time will come when I can give back to the community.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
Positive. ;)
Interests
Diverse. I'd say the first thing that is crucial to my character is art. I've been understanding my role as an artist within these last couple years and thereby am consumed by a variety of different creative paths. Poetry, photography, videography, writing, poi-spinning, music, sketching. And the list will only continue to evolve.
I'm also interested in the world around me. In people. In interactions. I'm interested in self-sustainability; permaculture, green-building. I'm... eh, why don't we just talk about it?

As for my taste in music or words... they're described as eclectic, at best, so maybe we should just discuss that further in person. ;)
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Holding the gigantic rear flipper of a Leatherback turtle while it laid over a hundred eggs on an island near Bocas del Toro in Panama, and then getting caught in a torrential tropical thunder and lightning storm on the 5km trek back to the volunteer beach house.
Being within two feet of glowing, flowing lava.
Jumping out of a plane at 12,000 feet.
It goes on.
What I Can Share with Hosts
Apart from my presence, anything creatively-based. And perhaps a meal or two.
