COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

My friends are couch-surfing-evangelists so I figured I'd give it a go.

Interests

I'm interested in stories, particularly told through the medium of radio. I believe interviews can be a tool to develop empathy.

Lately I've been less interested in narratives about the individual-- and more about community stories.

Exploring, back-roads, road stories, train tracks, gardening, pop-up restaurants, American Studies, social movements, radio, Non-violent Communication, theater, choir, pedagogy, color, light, moving image, sub-cultures . . . being a person.
