Music, Movies, and Books

I am in the process of reading a biography of Luther Burbank, who is thought to be one of the most inventive garnders ever. The Botany of desire was good, as well as Walking on Water. Anything with Michael Pollans name on it I tend to like. I also just read Barak Obamas book and Audacity of Hope, as well as Ecotopia. I like most Werner Hertzog films, strange movies with good soundtracks.
AS far as music progressive/instrumental rock/metal is a genre that I am starting to get into .... Explosions in the sky,Pelican, This will destroy you, and the Octupus project to name a few. I tend to like most of what is out there as long as it comes from the heart.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Recently, overlooking the mystical Olympic mountains from Lopez Island in Puget sound in the Pacific Northwest. Also traveling the island of Ometepe in Nicaragua was quite a good time.
